Holiday Shipping Update

Hi friends -

I want to personally thank you again for your order! PocoPet is a 1-woman business - so from receiving your order to shipping it out, I'm with you every step of the way.

As we all know, this year was predicted to have challenges around holiday mail delivery - and those predictions are turning out to be true - just check out this photo I saw today:

If your PocoPet order has arrived, then YEEHAW!

If your order is delayed, I just wanted to take a moment to assure you it is on the way.

I personally dropped your order off at the post office within 2 hours of printing your shipping label. So if your tracking is marked "unshipped" or only seems to have traveled 100 miles in 10 days - I did everything I could to get it out the door quickly... and it's now out of my hands.

If you can please extend PocoPet - and your local mail carrier - some extra grace and understanding for any shipping delays you encounter, I'd be ever so grateful.
